I'm switching this over to a blog for my weight loss journey. I just feel like I need to put it out there for the world to see for it to work. Like you need to say it or see it to believe it philosophy.
I'll post a pic tonight of me and Isaak riding an elephant at the Renaissance Festival a few weeks ago. Totally mortified by it I wanted to delete them all but I can't. How many times will Isaak get a chance to do something and I can't ruin that memory for him because I'm ashamed of how I look.
So here we go it is now or never! I'm having a difficult time setting a time frame on this big goal but will start with some smaller goals and post those as I make them. I'll also start sharing on Facebook when I feel confident enough in sharing this journey with the world. For now it can be for whoever stumbles across it.
